Being a pioneer Institution in the field of Computer Training, we also imparting training to Students sponsored by Government / Semi-Government, Jammu Uraban Development Agency (JUDA) and Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) (Govt. of India) for undergoing training in Computer. Our institution is established past Twenty years Plus and having good infrastructure and technical staff. All courses of JKICE are valid for any type of govt. as well as pvt. jobs.
Our MISSION:
As we know that in the present era of competition it is very difficult for the govt to provide the govt job to every citizen due to which the govt emphasizes on the self employment. To achieve the goal of self employment the govt of India in general and J&K in particular have launched various skill development and employment generating schemes. Keeping in view the above mentioned facts JKICE has been working on the mission of helping the govt to eradicate the problem of unemployment for which JKICE has been providing various job oriented vocational courses and the job placement facility to the students.

AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
- Over all computer education to literate poor and backward student who cannot afford the costly computer education.
- To generate employment by giving the student’s computer education in different fields.
- To work on the bases of No Profit No Loss.
- All income, earning, moveable and immoveable shall be totally utilized for the purpose of promotion of its aim and objectives.
- To Co-operate with other departments and government agencies in the field of computer education.
- To give training to poor women, widows and physically challenged persons.
- To organize seminars, camps and workshop in different schools and colleges.
- To co-operate with other organization of identical nature.
- To enhance the skill of poor and needy girls and women by organizing various courses in fashion designing, cutting and tailoring, embroidery, weaving etc.
- To aware people about the uses of computer in day to day life.
- To help the government in rural and urban development.
Rules & Regulation
Registration:
- Every student seeking admission to the JKICE will register himself with JKICE. The registration cum admission form is given in the prospectus. Only the original registration cum admission form as attached to the prospectus will be used.
- On registration, each student will be issued a registration number. Hence forth, this registration no will be used in all correspondence.
- Registration is open throughout the year. However, the JKICE holds examination for regular courses three times a year.
- A student should always carry his registration card with him while attending the centre and examination
- In case of loss of Registration cum Identity card, a duplicate card can be obtained on payment of Rs. 150/-.
- The centre is entitled to refuse admission to anyone.
- Due dates of Examination is as under
- The student must be extremely careful while filling the registration form. He must ensure that the spelling of his name & father’s name etc. are correct and these parameters are matching with those given in his/her certificate of board examination.
- Another registration form can be obtained against payment of Rs. 200/-.
Course Fee:
- Every student shall pay the course fees as specified in the chapter on Fee Structure in the prospectus.
- Fee is payable in advance at the time of admission.
- Fee should be paid in cash or through Demand Draft in favor of “JKICE” Payble at Jammu. Cheques are not acceptable.
- Fee should be paid in monthly installments.
- Fee once paid is non refundable and will not be adjusted towards the fees of any other student under any circumstances.
- Student has to pay regularly monthly fee even if he or she is on leave.
- Installments of Fee’s should be paid regularly on or before 7th of every month. Otherwise a fine will be charged.
- The fee receipts given to the students should be possessed by the student to avoid any type of discrepancy
